Unser Online Check-in & Check-out.
With us, you can check in flexibly and independently, without waiting and with ease. With our self-check-in, you can access your apartment in just a few steps, whenever it suits you best.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, here's a detailed step-by-step guide with pictures. Simply follow the instructions, and your relaxing stay can begin.
Step 1 - Check arrival information.
After booking with us, you will receive all important information about your upcoming stay via email. Please read it carefully. This email will also provide you with the door code for the main entrance to the building.

Step 2 - Check in online.
Now check in using your smartphone via the check-in portal, providing your booking number and last name. You will be guided through this process step by step. You can also check in directly at the check-in terminal on-site. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

Step 3 - Get access.
After your online check-in, we'll send you your digital access data. You can access it either via app or as a door code – easy and secure. If you check in on-site at the check-in terminal, you can also encode a room card for your apartment there.

Step 4 - Check-out.
On the day of your departure, you will receive a notification via your smartphone and email asking you to check out. You will also be guided through this step-by-step process. If you have a coded room card, we will be happy to simply place it in the corresponding compartment at our check-in terminal.

Housekeeping service
Your apartment will be cleaned weekly. Generally, it will be cleaned on the day of the week you arrive.
Laundry Room.
To do your laundry, all you need is the WeWash app and your own detergent. Instructions are available in your apartment or directly in the laundry room. Laundry baskets and clothes racks are available free of charge in the laundry room.
Bicycle storage.
You can park your bike in our bike cellar. You'll find it in the basement, in the middle of the hallway—just look for the signs.

Are you traveling by car? No problem! We have five parking spaces right next to our house, which you can rent in addition to your stay for € 10 per day.
Frequently asked questions about long-stay stays.
Where can I find the rooftop terrace?
When you enter through the main entrance, take the stairs on your left all the way up, or take the elevator to the 5th floor and then walk up two more staircases.
Where can I park my car?
Next to the building is a small lot that looks like a parking area but actually belongs to the city – parking there is at your own risk.
If you'd like a secure spot, we offer parking spaces right behind our building, which cost € 10 per day (subject to availability). Just ask us.
Where is the laundry room & how do the machines work?
The laundry room is in the basement, opposite Apartment 02. Use the WeWash app and bring your own detergent. Instructions are in your apartment or the laundry room.
A wash costs €3.00; the dryer €2.50. Baskets and drying racks are available free of charge.
Where can I store my bicycle?
You can park your bicycle in our bike cellar. It's in the basement halfway down the hallway – just follow the signs.
Where do I dispose of my trash?
The trash room is opposite the bike cellar.
How does the stove work?
Our apartments are equipped with induction cooktops that are operated using a navigation panel that can be controlled with your fingers. If the cooktop is on but you cannot switch on the hotplates, the key lock is probably activated. Hold down the key button until you hear a beep to deactivate the key lock.
Only pans and pots that are compatible with induction stoves will work on the stove. Check the cooking utensils you have brought with you for compatibility before use.
