For a longstay of three months or more there is either a single apartment or a double apartment and for our students there is also a special deal with our student studio.
Let's take a closer look at the different rooms:
Shortstay Studio: Our studios come fully equipped with, among other things, a 1.20m bed and are approximately 18m² in size, with prices starting at €49 per night, they are the best choice for one person.
Shortstay Suite: Our suites are one size larger than the studios. These are approximately 30m² large apartments, of course offer all the amenities of the studio and also have a separate living and sleeping area. A larger bed (1.60m) and an additional sofa bed are also included. That means a lot of space for you or a lot of space for the two of you if you move in as a couple.
Longstay Single Apartment: Comfort on about 23m². This option is also fully equipped and offers everything you need for your everyday life. With prices starting from €840 per month it invites you to stay a bit longer.
Longstay Double Apartment: Are you looking for a little more freedom in your apartment or would you like to live with your partner? This is your option. This apartment has an advantageous layout of 30m² and offers all the amenities of the single apartment. Our price here starts from 1200€ per month.
Longstay Student Studio: Our special for our students! Here we offer a 20m², fully equipped 1 room studio and all that for a price of 590€ per month.
1 room apartment Hamburg Harburg - What's included?
All of our 1-room apartments in Harburg come fully equipped for a flat-rate rent with no hidden prices. But what exactly does fully equipped mean? We'll clarify that here.
Each room has a comfortable bed with a mattress and hypoallergenic bedding. In our Suite and Double Apartment the bed is 1.60m wide and in the other options 1.20m.
A fully equipped kitchenette with a modern induction hob, microwave with oven option and even a Nespresso coffee machine is included, as is a bathroom with shower and infrared heating.
Each room has a desk for working and a wardrobe, which even has a safe for all valuables and a cloakroom providing enough storage space.
A flat screen Smart TV, which is also included with the furniture, provides entertainment.
Furthermore there is a sofa bed also included in our double apartments and our suites.
With that we would have ticked off the furniture, but in addition to our full equipment, we not only include electricity, water and heating costs in our 1-room apartments in Harburg, but also provide comprehensive wifi.
Each of our residents has the opportunity to use our shared washing and drying room, our bicycle cellar and our beautiful roof terrace with an amazing view of the city.
